Treatment of secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation with vitrectomy combined trabeculectomy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of combined vitrectomy and trabeculectomy in treatment of secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation. Methods All patients with seconday glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation underwent vitrectomy combined trabeculectomy. Results 46 patients(46 eyes) with secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation underwent combined postoperatively,all patients gained good control of IOP and achieved improved visual acuity. Conclusions For secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation,combined trabeculectomy and vitrectomy is an effective and safe menthod.
