Abstract

Objective To explore the surgical methods in eyes with secondary glaucoma due to traumatic posterior dislocation of the lens.Methods All patients with dislocated-lens underwent pars plana vitrectomy and lensectomy.Results Follows up 3-24 month after surgery,the IOP was decreased and the visual acuity was improved in all cases.Conclusion Traumatic lens dislocation may result in scondary glaucoma or endophthalmitis,so dislocated-lens should be extracted as soon as possible.Vitrectomy and lesnectomy may be a good treatment method.
