Abstract

From the importance of strengthening the administration of personnel archives work in colleges and universities,the paper analyzed the existing problems in the aspects of consciousness about files;funds and equipments;standardized management and staff quality.The countermeasures taken to strengthen the management of personal files in universities were also specifically illustrated in this paper.
