Abstract

The management of personnel files in colleges and universities is a direct witness to the growing and developing of the schools.However,there are still some general problems in the current management of personnel files in colleges and universities.Thus to meet the requirements of information,standardization,and scientific management,the management of personnel files in colleges and universities needs to be further strengthened to solve its new contradictions and problems.
