Creativeness in Management of Personnel Files at Colleges and Universities

Abstract

With the development of the reformation at colleges and universities,it is urgent to get personnel files informationized.Measures to enhance the creativeness in the management of personnel files are as follows:Firstly,to enrich the contents and improve the usage of personnel files.Secondly,to train the management staff of personnel files in their theoretical knowledge.Thirdly,to construct electronic management system of personnel files for the reception and storage of personnel information.
