Abstract

Starting with strengthening leaders'files consciousness at all levels,enhancing the professional qualities of the staffs for the cadres'personnel files and implementing all kinds of rules and regulations,the thesis expounds that personnel files should be earnestly collected,appraised,arranged,filed,taken care of and used to speed up the computerized-management process of the personnel files,which gives full play to the personnel files.
