Abstract
Objective:To research the variety of the insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor(IGF-1R) in human uterine neoplasms and the normal cell of uterine smooth muscle cells around and its relationship to receptors of estrogen, proges terone. Methods:The expressions of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor(IGF-1R) were detected by immunohistochemical SABC methods, and its image analysis was also conducted. Results:The expression of ER,PR,IGF-1R in uterine leiomyoma cells was significantly higher than the myometrial cells. Conclusion:The growth of uterine leiomyoma is associated with the reinforcement of the expression of ER,PR and IGF1R.
