Abstract
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in compound Guning tincture.Methods:The determination was performed on SinoChrom ODS-BP C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),with mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid(50∶ 50∶ 1.5)at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min;the column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 373nm.Results:The calibration curve of quercetin was linear when its concentration range was within 0.095~1.520μg(r=0.999970,n=6),and its average recovery was 96.94%~100.01%,RSD≤0.94%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and it is suitable for the quality control of quercetin in compound Guning tincture.
