Abstract

Objective:To investigate the plasma of the patients with lung cancer D-two concentration and its clinical significance. Methods:From August 2010 2012 August in our hospital treatment of 68 cases of lung cancer patients in observation group,at the same time,68 cases in our hospital during the same period in the healthy control group, using colloidal gold assay in two patients with plasma D-two concentration in plasma of the patients with lung cancer of D-two concentration in clinical meaning of.Results:Lung cancer metastasis patients plasma D-dimer levels were significantly higher in two lung cancer patients with non metastatic group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),the patients in the observation group two of plasma D-dimer levels were significantly higher than patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions:Early detection of lung cancer patients plasma D-two dimers can be used as diagnostic and therapeutic observation of important reference, and lung cancer in patients with clinical stage and prognosis of certain relationship.
