Understanding and Thinking of Education & Development of English Teachers

Teacher- education professionalization is one of the important tendencies of current world teacher- education; on the contrary, the development of teacher- education demands professional research. Teacher- education professionalization mainly includes two aspects such as teaching professionalization, the professionalization of teacher cultivating and training. The reform of English teacher's education must be enforced and the training of English teachers must be also strengthened in process of teacher- education professionalization.
