Abstract

Teacher professionalization is the requirement of our age,but we should understand teacher professionalization correctly.The essence of teacher professionalization is to improve teacher's professional competence.The transformation of teacher education should enhance teacher's professional level rather than weaken it.The reform of teacher education not long ago led to part of teachers drain out,which deserves reflecting and rectifying.Great importance should be paid to teacher education.
