Abstract
The different understandings of scholars on teacher professionalization is the difficult point of research on the problem. The appellation of professional teacher derives from the social approval to working achievements of teachers. The essential connotation of teacher professionalization is the social function optimization of teacher profession. The realization of social function of teacher profession is the results of systematization of teachers’various qualities such as knowledge, skills, experiences and attitude in teaching work. When evaluating the level of teacher professionalization, there are two aspects should be concerned, which are the holistic working achievement and diathesis development status.
