Clinical analysis of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods 100 cases of patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by randomized and double-blind,the basic comprehensive treatment was used in control group,on the basis of control group,hyperbaric oxygen treatment was used in observation group.NDS before and after treatment,effect of two groups was analyzed respectively. Results After treatment, NDS of two groups was compared,with statistical difference(P0.05).Efficiency rate of observation group was 96.0%, higher than that of control group(62.0%),with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage,which is helpful for the recovery of patients, reduce the occurrence of complication,improve the standard of living of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
