Abstract
Objective To observe influence on recovery of neurological function of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery. Methods 52 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,26 cases of each. The control group received conventional therapy, the treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group, the course was 30d.Observed two groups of neurological deficit score and the edema size change before and after treatment, and compared clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(84.6% ) was higher than that of control group(65.4% ),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05) .Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the neurological deficit score and the edema size reduced, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05),and the improvements in treatment group were better than control group, the differences was statistically significant(P 0.05) .Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery can significantly reduce the postoperative mortality and morbidity, improve patient quality of life.
