Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of batroxobin in the treatment of renal insufficiency patients after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Besides the routine treatment in all patients, the patients in treatment group were given the batroxobin,d1 10BU,d3 and d5 both 5 BU in 250mL normal saline,iv drip. Two groups were evaluated the curative effect after 15d,and the changes of anticoagulation, plasminogen and serum lipid in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:After one course of treatment, there was significant difference in the curative rate (73.8% vs 34.2%, P 0.01) between treatment group and control group. Conclusion:Batroxobin is effective in the treatment of renal insufficiency patients after acute cerebral infarction.
