Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of batroxobin on the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods: One hundred and fifty two cases with ACI were collected, and were randomly divided into batroxobin treatment group and control group. The level of plasma fibrinogen and neurological deficit score were determined in all patients before and after the treatment. Results: The level of plasma fibrinogen and neurological deficit score in patients were significantly decreased after treatment with batroxobin. Conclusion: Early use of batroxobin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ACI in 6-72 hours from the onset of disease.
