Effect Analysis of Different Treatment Regimens in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of different methods in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods To divide randomly 100 cases of cerebral infarction in our hospital into two groups,study group was treated with edaravone combined batroxobin treatment,the control group used batroxobin therapy alone,and to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The patients in study group the total effective rate was 98.0%,higher than 84.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);Treatment for 2 weeks,3 weeks after the study of neurological deficit scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of edaravone combined with batroxobin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is better than single use of batroxobin,and less adverse reaction,is worth promoting.
