Abstract
Objective To know maintenance hemodialysis patients knowledge on health and discuss the influence of health education on life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The changes of quality of life such as nourishment, sleep, energy , appetite, exercise infection and self - nursing before health education, three and six months after health education of thirty - four hemodialysis patients were dynamically observed. Results Most of the patients were lack of health knowledge. The nourishment and dry body weight of thirty - four maintenance hemodialysis patients changed significantly ( P 0.05) . The living quality improved significantly ( P 0.05) after health education. Conclusion Systematic health education can obviously raised the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
