Abstract
目的探讨健康教育对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响.方法42例维持性血液透析患者随机分成两组,观察组22例,对照组20例,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上进行全面系统的健康教育,而对照组仅做常规的治疗护理,12个月后,比较两组患者的GLQZ生活质量指标.结果观察组与时照组相比生活质量明显提高(P＜0.01).结论经过全面系统的健康教育,维持与对照组相比血液透析患者的生活质量有明显提高.
