Investigation on the life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients

Abstract

Objective To analyze the life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 75 patients with maintenance hemodialysis are investigated by Zhan life quality questionnaire.Results Health and function has the highest score(3.69+1.45) in the four aspects.The next is satisfaction about life(3.63+1.43),followed by self-concept(3.12+1.51) and social and economical factors(3.06+1.53).Conclusion Nursing staff should pay more attention to self-concept,social and economical factors as they have the main effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients' life quality.
