Abstract

The superior strawberry line Miaozi was selected from the cross breeding.In order to establish its tissue culture and rapid propagation system,its stalk section and shoot tip were used as explants to screen the suitable media for bud induction,proliferation and rootage.The results were as follows.(1) The suitable medium for stalk section and shoot tip culture was MS + 0.5 mg/L BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA,in which the buds could germinate into the vigorous shoots.(2) The suitable medium for multiplication culture was MS + 0.5 mg/L BA + 0.05 mg/L NAA with the multiplication multiple as 10 and sprouting in the form of axillary bud,and the shoots grew vigorously.Meanwhile,on the medium of MS + 1.0 mg/L BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA,the multiplication multiple was 20,but the new shoots grew weaker.(3) The suitable rooting medium was 1/2MS + 0.5 mg/L NAA,in which the average root number was 4.5.
