Abstract
The effect of different phytohormone ration on the multiplication and rooting of shoot-tip explants from Malus Xinguan were studied. The results indicated that the most suitable induced medium was MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+1.5 mg/L 6-BA;the most suitable multiplication medium was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 or 0.08 mg/L NAA,the multiplication index was 7.4;the best rooting media was 1/2MS+0.2 mg/L IBA+0.6 mg/L IAA,the rooting rate was 90.5%.
