Accesory effect of antipsychotics combination with setraline in treatment with negative symptomes

Objective To explore the efficacy of antipsychotics combined with setraline in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods 50 schizophrenic inpatients with negative symptoms were tr、ed with antipsychotics combined with setraline.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS) and treatments at the of 4、8、12th week.Results After 12 weeks of treatments,the total scores and negative factor,emotional blunting,emotional withdrawal,emotional exchange disorder,passive/apathy,and social withdrawal factors of PANSS decreased significantly.Conclusion Antipsychotics combined with setraline can improve negative symptoms in patients with schiszophrenia.
