Abstract
In this paper,using different carbon chain quaternary ammonium cation as intercalation agent to exchange inorganic cations(Ca2+)of montmorillonite intercalated between layers,make a series of organic montmorillonite(OMMT).using OMMT modified epoxy resin.The nano OMMT/epoxy resin composite was prepared,the parameters of key ingredients has been optimized by the four factors with three levels of orthogonal design.The impact strength and the tensile shearing strength of epoxy resin were tested,the results showed that optimal prepared adhesive of nano-modified epoxy resin was a high-performance structural adhesive,the steel-steel shearing strength could reach 29.2 MPa and the impact strength could reach 33.8 MPa,was able to effectively improve the cohesion of epoxy resin adhesive.
