Abstract
In this paper,using organic montmorillonite to modify epoxy resin the nano OMMT/epoxy composite material was prepared.At the same time,the parameters of key ingredients were optimized by the three factors and five levels orthogonal design.The results showed that this adhesive had better bonding process ability and tensile shearing strength,and this new type of adhesive effectively improved the interface bonding property.The corrosion resistance of the adhesive was studied,too.
