Abstract
Organophilic montmorillonite(OMMT) was obtained by cat ion exchange of organic ammonium compound. The effects of mixing conditions and curing conditions on mechanical properties of OMMT/EP adhesive were investigated. The results indicated, when compared to the pure epoxy resin, that the mechanical properties and the resistance to water and other media of adhesive were greatly improved.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
