Abstract
Using Urtica angustifolia as raw material and applying the acid dye method, the adsorption and separation conditions of U.angustifolia alkaloid by macroporous resin were studied. The results showed that AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin had a good adsorption capacity to the alkaloids;40%vol ethanol can obtain high desorption effect. The optimal ratio of loading quantities to eluant amount was 1∶2 by determination of elution curve and desorption curves. The compositions of U.angustifolia alkaloid were analyzed by UV spectrophotometer and infrared spectroscopy.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
