“University+Government+Enterprise”:Study on the New Mode of Education Volunteer in Western Rural Areas

Education volunteer service in western rural areas is very important for the development of poverty in remote rural areas in western China.Universities have achieved remarkable progresses in exploring the mode of education volunteer services in western rural areas with the trinity ofuniversity+government+teaching school.But at the same time,government's lack of supervision,dispersion of social support,inefficient vitality of volunteer services and no formation of brand are also the problems.Based on the teaching practice in Huazhong Agricultural University,this paper explores the new mode on how to introduce love enterprises in education volunteer services in western rural areas and establish the cooperation and openness of education volunteer services with the combination ofuniversity+government+enterprise.What is more,this paper explains the connotation and operation mechanism of this new mode.Finally,this paper proposes several policy suggestions on how to perfect education volunteer services in western rural areas from the four levels of universities,government,enterprises and teaching schools.
