On Vocational Education Policy in China's Rural Areas

The high-quality and specialized new farmers are the key to the building of new rural areas and the rural vocational education is the major means to train new farmers.At present,the rural vocational education policy in China has been in the preliminary shape,but in the practical implementation of the policy,there exist such problems as inadequate support from the government,unclear preferential policies,which restrain the development of vocational education in rural areas.Hence,it is of urgent need to make an overall standardization and perfect the regulations in order to improve the development of vocational education in China's rural areas.
