The Problems in Western Rural Teacher Team Construction and Their Countermeasures

Rural education plays an important role in the plan of overall construction of all-round well-off society.There is a big gap between western rural education and eastern rural education,which is an unavoidable issue.Rural education quality mainly depends on rural teachers,rural teachers' role is so important,but the status quo of rural teacher team is not optimistic,and especially in western rural area,the teacher team is more terrible.This paper discusses the main problems in western rural teacher team and puts forward corresponding measures.
