A preliminary study on city community health service compensation mechanism

Community health service is the breakthrough and key link of medical and health reform in China,and it is the important measures to realize the goal of 〝whole society enjoy primary medical service〞,which plays a positive role in alleviating the difficult medical services and expensive medical cost,as well as maintaining social stability.At present,the city community health service is still in development and perfect stage,and imperfect economic compensation mechanism is one of the biggest obstacles that restrict the development.The author analyzes the status of city community health service in China,national and local financial compensation,as well as the existing problems,refers to foreign compensation experience of health service agencies,put forward the long-term compensation mechanism for improvement of city community health service,so as to rationally allocate the health resources,perfect the medical security system,formulate reasonable compensation policy,realize the responsibility of city community health service,provide safe,effective,convenient and cheap basic medical and health services for residents and promote the healthy and orderly development of city community health service.
