The Survey of City Community Health Service in Huangshi

OBJECTIVE To understand the basic situation of City Community Health Services in Huangshi,in order to fully grasp the basic information of community health service,to promote community health service development,provide a basis for formulating such a policy.METHODS Produce a unified questionnaire,report on-line within time,and need on-site interviews.RESULTS The institutions are set up unevenly,and institutions are inadequate in TieShan and development zone.The square of buildings is up to standard,but the proportion of renters is too high.The income of drug is the main resource of community health services.There are 807 health technicians in 61 community health service.But the professional position and education level are low.SUGGESTIONS The government should further increase investment in community health service support.The management of community health service should be standardized.We must to training more and more general practice.Public health community service should be promoted by improving the compensation mechanisms.
