The Financing and Compensation Policy of the Developed Community Health

community hygiene service is the foundation in urban public health and basic medical service system as well as the essential way of the access primary health care for all .It not only helps providing more convenient and efficient services for the masses but also at the same time helps reducing the pressure caused by crowding patients in big hospitals. At present,as the development of community health is going on,the problem of the deficiency in working people,wealth and material seems becoming obvious. This paper is a preliminary study. on how to solve out the community health fundraising channels and the establishment of the compensation policy.
