Relationship between the serum HBV marker and the content of HBV-DNA

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the serum HBV marker(HBV-M) and the content of HBV-DNA,in order to provide the valuable evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The serum HBV marker and the content of HBV-DNA were detected with ELISA and fluorescent quantitative PCR method respectively.Results:In the six common types of serum marker(1.HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb were positive;2.HBsAg and HBeAg were positive;3.HBsAg and HBcAg were positive;4.HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb were positive;5.HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb were positive,6.only the HBcAb was positive),the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 96.4%,73.8%,16.4%,98.0%,51.2%,7.4% respectively.Conclusion:In order to make an accurate diagnosis,observe the curative effect and judge the prognosis,the tests of the serum HBV marker and the content of HBV-DNA should be useful at the same time.
