Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Bikang mixture.METHODS:HPLC methods was adopted. The determination was performed on Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm)column with mobile phase consisted of 0.5% phosphoric acid-methanol(gradient elution)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detective wavelength was 327 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of chlorogenic acid were 5.20-62.46 μg/ml(r= 0.999 9)with an average recovery of 98.80%(RSD=0.57%,n=9);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2%.CONCLUSIONS:The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Bikang mixture.
