Exploration and expectation of the development of rural doctors in Shanghai

The history and work characteristics of rural doctors were summarized in the article.The major problems for rural doctors were discussed and the bottleneck problems of rural human resources were also analyzed.The training of rural doctors in Shanghai were systematically reviewed and expected.The creative training mechanism was emphasized.It was suggested that the occupational vision of rural doctors would be better if pre-job education and continuing education were integrated and helped to improve the ability in work.
