Abstract
Two transformations of rural medical mechanism were analyzed,that is,the changing role of rural doctors,from barefoot doctors age to rural doctors'era,through the literature research and the present situation;Moreover,thanks to the implementation of integrated rural health management nowadays,rural doctors encountered role crisis.It was concluded that the role of rural doctors in real circumstances should return under the current rural health integration background to ensure the rural residents' health.
