Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the situations and find questions of the rural doctors in shanghai,to supply the theory gist for improve the policy effect on the rural doctors.Methods The subject of this study was the rural doctors and medical managers who were eligible to be sampled from three districts including Baoshan,Songjiang,and Congming,using survey report.This study investigated 1132 rural doctors and took back 1017 effective questionnaires.The response rate is 89.8.Results The study found out that the rural doctors in Shanghai have an average age of 50.0 years.24.8% of rural doctors have not attended relative in-service trainings in two years,53.5% of them have not taken the courses of GP training,and 53.6% of them are willing to get further education in comprehensive hospitals.64.8% of rural doctors earn 500~1000 RMB per month.Conclusion The rural doctor's serving ability should be improved.The training for rural doctors should be adjusted.The rural doctor's income and welfare system should be established.
