A university is an academic institution.The tasks of modern universities are to pursue gnosis,correct falsehood,sticking to truth;protecting ideality and justice,and passing on profound knowledge.There is different run logic from other social sections.Academic freedom is the amulet for a university to finish its tasks,and it is the precondition for it to carry on any innovation.According to this article,we have to realize the academic freedom,most important of all and to cultivate and develop the spirit of it in a university.Hence,in academic activities of universities to understand rightly the regulations of academic development is the premise;to set mind free,get rid of durance,and form discussible mechanism are the keys;to perfect academic system and realize university autonomy are the guarantee.
