A System Analysis of Achievement for Academic Freedom in Chinese Universities

The discussion on academic freedom restriction which is based on the spread of the academic misconduction is not established.The academic misconduction is precisely the performance without academic freedom.At this stage,under the framework of the system,the achievement of academic freedom in the teaching and research aspects for Chinese universities' teachers,it's essential to build the external system which is the core of implement of employing teachers to protect the rights of freedom based on the law.At the same time,it's necessary to reconstruct the internal system to protect the spirit of freedom,which is the core of spirit of academic freedom,including academic independence,academic conscience and academic norms.
