Abstract

Dilemma has occurred during the implementation of universities' autonomous school-running in China.Integrating the legal system and the academic spirit,which is not only the conceptual understanding of construction of modern university system,but also the fundamental path to solve the dilemma in universities' autonomy and achieve academic freedom.
