Abstract

Objective: To establish an accurate method for glycyrrihizic acid of Gentongping Capsules.Method: Kromasil C18(200×4.6mm,5μm),with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-ammonium acetate-acetic acid(29:71:1),the detection wave lenghth is set at 250 nm,and the flow rate is 1.0 ml·min-1.Result: The concentration of Glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt shows a good linearity in the range of 19μg/ml～304μg/ml.And the average recovery of the method is 100.66%(RSD 1.06%,n=9).Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate,repeatable and reliable for determination of glycyrrihizic acid.
