Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Xuezhikang(XZK) on endothelial function in aged patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 66 cases aged patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly allocated to receive XZK(n=35) 0.6 Bid in treated group and pravachol(n=30) 10mg QN in control group for 8 weeks,TG、TC、LDL-C、HLD-C and ET were determined before and after treatment. Results TG、TC、LDL-C and ET levels were similar before treatment in both groups(P0.05).After treatment TG、TC、LDL-C and ET decreased and HLD-C increased in both groups(P0.05).Conclusion XZK could markedly adjust the abnormal blood lipids and improve the endothelial function in aged patients with hyperlipidemia.
