Clinical Effect of Alprostadil in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of LipoPGE1on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 112 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group(10 μg of LipoPGE1 was injected per day for 14 days as a course) and control group(30 mL compound danshen and 400 mg venoruton were injected).Both groups were all adopted basic therapy at the same time.The recovered conditions were observed.Results The total effective rates of primary dysmenorrhea disease in treatment and control group were 85.72% and 51.79% respectively with obvious difference between them(P0.05),and did not see serious adverse reactions and complications.Conclusion This drug might have good effect of acute cerebral infarction with good value.
