Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect of Xuesaitong Injection on cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred patients were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group was treated with Xuesaitong Injection(500 mg in 250 mL of NS by IV infusion),while the control group was treated with Danshen Injection(16 mL in 250mL of 5%GS by IV infusion).Once a day for 15 days. Results: The total effective rate of Xuesaitong Injection was 96%.The total effective rate of Danshen Injection was 84%.The curative effect of treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P0.01).Only in one case rash. Conclusion: Xuesaitong Injection is safe and effective for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
