Observation of Xuesaitong injection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in control group (n=60) were treated by salvia miltiorrhia compound injection. 60 patients in treatment group (n=60) were treated by Xuesaitong injection with a course of 20 days. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (93.3%) was markedly higher than that in control group (81.7%, P0.01). Conclusion Xuesaitong injection could effectively treat acute cerebral infarction.
