Countermeasures to Improve the Soft Power of Hebei Culture

At the 17th National People's Congress,the improvement of national soft power of culture is raised to a national height,which has realistic and far-reaching significance in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,giving overall national strength of the Chinese nation,promoting the rejuvenation of China,raising Hebei's power,vigor and competition and making Hebei into a strong province with a cultural support.This paper explores development strategies and cultural projects used to push other work ahead,establishes and perfect the five working mechanism to guarantee their implementations.
