Retrospection and Reflection on Studies of the China’s National Soft Power Construction

Soft power has become a key factor in the core competition capacity of a state with increasing importance in upgrading its comprehensive competitiveness.In recent years,with the rapid economic growth and the comprehensive national strength,the literature in China’s national soft power has boomed.Among these researches,the ones on the construction path of soft power offer rich implications for promoting scientific development of China’s national soft power.This paper presents a review of relevant studies on China's advantages,restrictions and path of building up soft power.A preliminary discussion is offered on possible paths of promoting construction of China’s national soft power.
