Abstract

Objective To compare the analgesic effect and complications of flurbiprofen axetil or tramadol combined with sufentanil on analgesic of colon carcinoma after radical operation. Methods 72 patients with ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ level laparoscopic radical operation for colon carcinoma were randomly divided into flurbiprofen axetil + sufentanil group group( group A) and tramadol + sufentanil group( group B),each with 36 cases. Awakening and extubation time( T1) and orientation recovery time( T2) after operation, automatic pressing times during PCIA,analgesia score and sedation score 4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation and occurrence of adverse reaction after operation of the 2 groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in awakening and extubation time( T1) and orientation recovery time( T2),automatic pressing times during PCIA,analgesia score and sedation score 4 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation( all P 0. 05). Occurrence rate of adverse reaction of group A and group B were 16. 7%( 6 cases) and 55. 6%( 20 cases)( P 0. 05). Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil has the equal analgesic effect with tramadol combined with sufentanil, but has lower occurrence rate of adverse reaction.
