Abstract
This paper mainly studies the dyeing process of wool fabric with henna plant.Using the impregnate method and the single-factor analysis,it studies concentrations of Henna, dyeing time, dyeing temperature and color depth. The results show that the optimal concentration of henna is 6%(owf),dyeing time is 180 min,the best dyeing temperature is 60 ℃,using the influence of mordants CuSO4 and rare earth chloride for mordant.Based on the test results, the color fastness and color depth of dyed wool fabric,it determines the optimal concentration of mordant CuSO4 is 0.4%(owf),the best rare earth chloride is 0.4%(owf).
